This policy explains what information Vetlory collects when you use this website or contact our wholesale team, and what we do with it. It applies to this website only. It does not cover information exchanged as part of a wholesale supply agreement, which is handled separately between the parties.
Information we collect
We only ask for information that is needed to respond to you as a business buyer:
- Your name and company name
- Your business email address
- Your phone number, if you provide it
- The product categories and estimated order quantity you mention
- Any other detail you include in your message
We do not ask for payment details through this website, and we do not collect information from children.
Our web server records the IP address and browser identification supplied with each request, including inquiries you send. This is used to operate the site and to limit automated spam submissions, as described under Data retention.
How we use your information
Information submitted through the inquiry form is used to:
- Respond to your wholesale inquiry
- Provide product information, availability and pricing relevant to your request
- Coordinate order and delivery communication with you
- Maintain a record of our business correspondence
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Website analytics
This site may use basic, privacy-conscious analytics to understand which pages are used, so we can improve the site. If analytics are used, they are configured to collect aggregate usage information rather than personal data.

Data retention
Inquiry details are kept for as long as needed to maintain our business relationship and to meet our record-keeping obligations, after which they are removed or anonymised.
In practice, inquiries you send through the contact form are held in our customer database until the conversation is closed, and closed or deleted inquiries are removed within 12 months of being closed. Alongside each inquiry we keep your IP address and browser identification, used only to prevent automated spam submissions; that data is removed within 30 days.
If you ask us to delete your details sooner, we will do so, except where we are required to keep them for tax or other legal reasons.
How we protect information
Information is transmitted over HTTPS and stored in systems that are restricted to the people who need it for the purpose it was submitted. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You can ask us to correct, export or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you about wholesale opportunities. Contact us using the details on the contact page and we will action the request.
